  Food contact with equipment and utensils
   Ice maker has a dirty hose used for non-potable
  water in the ice for an unknown reason. Food and ice shall only contact surfaces that are cleaned and sanitized per rule.
  Bagged ice will be used while the ice machine is emptied and cleaned.

  Food labels.
   There are two bottles of wine and two jugs of an
  unlabeled juice in the walk in cooler. PIC discarded the juice as it was leftover from a party. The wine had been gifted to
  the owner by a customer and will be taken home tonight.
